We Ship Worldwide and the shipping cost is auto-calculated in the checkout based on the weight and shipping address.

Default prices are quoted in Australian Dollar ($AUD) excluding GST. The currency changes based on the country you log in and GST will not be charged for customers outside Australia. As we sell Worldwide and to the businesses, we have the limitation in including the GST and have to keep GST separate than the product price.

IOT Store accepts all Credit Cards and Direct Bank Deposit and other online payments as methods of payment without any surcharge. We also accept Net 30 Terms of payment and Purchase Orders (PO) from eligibale businesses, educational institutes and governmental organisations.

Refund & Exchange Policy

IOT Store accepts a return or exchange on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customer and we have a philosophy to ensure our customers are satisfied, and will always try to deal with customers “fairly and reasonably.”

Please keep the item in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Also, please contact us before sending back the product. 

Please choose products carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of receiving the products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Please keep the item in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Please note, the return shipping cost is with customer. There is a re-stocking fee for returned products which depends on the returned products. In the case of notifying us for a return after 30 days since receiving the products, or for any back-orders (ordering out of stock items that we need to place special order with manufacturer), or if the returned product deem to be damaged due to misuse/not following product instruction unfortunately, in these cases we will not be able to offer a refund or an exchange. 

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

Please remember to check your delivered items and contact us if anything's wrong within 7 days of receiving the products, otherwise we will not be able to help for the transit insurance if was purchased with the order. 

If the received product has any issue, please send us an email with details of the issue and any information that can help the tech support team for troubleshooting. We may have to contact manufacturer support team to help us and resolve the issue. For any product issue matters, we need manufacturer's team confirmation before we can finalise any replacement/repair or refund for the product under warranty which is 1-year from the date of invoice or order confirmation.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation and refund requests can only be processed before order shipment. Except for orders paid by bank transfer, in the case of order cancellation and refund request, there is a non-refundable transaction fee of 3% deducted from the total order value (orders paid with a credit card, Crypto or POLi). The transaction fee of 3% is charged by the payment service provider and cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, this fee is charged as soon as the payment processing via these third party payment systems and it's out of pocket and not refundable.

All orders will be shipped via Australia Post. Your order will be shipped within one business day after we receive payment, providing the items are in stock.

We do not charge extra for shipping, what customers pay is the exact amount that we pay to Australia Post and with packaging. Australia Post charges in a block of 500 gram, and often electronic products that we sell are just around 50-100g. Therefore we encourage customers to combine multiple items and utilise the automatically calculated combined shipping in order to save shipping fees. Select multiple products required, add them into the shopping cart and checkout in one single payment. Total shipping fees will be auto-calculated accordingly.

Shipping Insurance: We strongly advise to selecting the shipping option with the Transit Loss Cover. It is about 1-2% of the total order value and protects your order in any transit loss. We only send the replacement for lost orders during transit with the shipping insurance selected for the order shipping. Thanks for your support. Please understand we will not be deemed responsible for any shipment loss or damage if you don't select any transit insurance cover with your shipping option during the checkout process.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform which your data is on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
